Something I like about this stock is the management seems very solid. In their last 6 month report, it all looked very thorough. Also, they rode out the Evans & Tate collapse and even came out ahead from it, negotiating a cash payment with Fosters for lost rent.

Definitely a good one to have tucked away in a bottom drawer. If you squint correctly while looking at the dividend history, you can see a slight but consistent increase in the dividends as well.
