In all seriousness. BUBs just screwed the average shareholder. They quoted strong over subscription to the sophisticated offer.... it was a 36% discount to last trade! A 5% discount is fair but 36% is at the detriment to the average shareholder.
I don't own and won't ever own a company that acts like this. Feel for the holders.
