I understand your dissatisfaction, however please get your facts right before having a rant. It was 26~27% discount. Furthermore its not like it was a 1:1 raise based on number of shares on issue.
This CR will help the company in the long run. We needed the cash. Thosr saying dilution is coming just want in for a trade. Discount is not necessarily bad. It might actually turn out well. Let's wait and see.
