Probably also confident that they will get all the approvals required. It must appear that way otherwise you wouldn't have sophs etc handing over 16 million. Those who believe it's going to get sold down when the shares hit the market can sell right now then all the sophs Etc are out of pocket. Easy to say they will park profit in 10 days well everyone has the opportunity to sell her under 45 right now but no one is.
Majority of the stock was probably taken by those close to the company.
