What's the use of this rant without knowing any facts of the capital rasing... Apart from the obvious down ramping fool with cause.... Not saying you might not turn out right... But you also might be very wrong.... You points are completely unbalanced and the discerning of intelligent investors can see straight through your poor attempt at trying to sound semi intelligent.....
