It's a pity that the way your wrote your post this afternoon resulted in it being moderated (I didn't get to read it) and so I can only speculate from the mod's comments as to what it contained.
When you first started this thread I was sceptical of your argument for putting CD on ice, but didn't contribute as I didn't think I had sufficient knowledge. But now that AGO has taken this route, turns out you were right, so I'd like to say congratulations for your analysis and push to have this option recognised as being worthy of consideration given the circumstances of low IO price.
I do think that HC is a valuable forum for people to say whatever they think, as they say in politics, 'without fear or favour'. Can I encourage you to make your contributions 'playing the ball not the man' because clearly you do have valuable contributions to make to this forum.
