I sent Nick Woolf an email yesterday and just got a respone and i also just topped up at 0.022.

Thanks for the message. It has been a frustrating couple of weeks due to a selling shareholder. Please see my responses below:

1. One of our largest shareholders NAOS has had redemptions in its fund and as a result has been a forced seller of part of its holding

2. We have been lobbying shareholders and non-holders to take blocks of stock from NAOS so that the trades are off market

3. No effect. Now that the northern hemisphere summer is drawing to a close, we are well positioned to finalise the deals that we had hoped to sign before 30 June

4. Yes, we have 5 prospective deals at the stage of contractual or term sheets negotiations

Dear Mr Woolf

I’m a concerned long term shareholder, holding 1.4M shares @ average $0.06 price.
I have a few questions, I’d appreciate it if you could provide an answer.

1- Is it possible to provide an explanation as to why the sp is getting hammered and
why the continuous selling down at a loss to exit?

2- Is there anything going to be done to help the sp rise?

3- Does this low sp effect any future deals to be completed?

4- Are there any deals close to support the sp to rise?
