I almost fell off my chair watching it into close. They must have had to sell today, and couldn't wait any longer for volume to appear on the bid. I got mowed on the way down....but happy to get it.
My guess is the fund selling down its stake again. they generally seem a lot more subtle than that, so they may have had a hard requirement like redemptions and needed the cash today.
