The list goes on and on and on, I was recently involved in another stock MNM (mantle mining) in similar situations to our with the prolonged court case and the firms belief that they had done nothing wrong, after FOUR long years of stretching it out as much as they could they folded on the court steps on the day of the trial and the tenement was rewarded to MNM,
Seen it happen before and will happen again, the only reassurance I can give holders is that SMM can NOT run or hide any longer, they have been given all the rope they need to hang themselves by AVQ,
Axiom agreeing to extend times and allow new(if any) evidence shows the court that they want this to run its true legal course thus making even a attempt by SMM of some sort of appeal almost impossible.
I can not stress the fact that SMM MUST PROVE their claims...... And what exactly are they claiming?
I call out MBOOSE, you were on the SMM payroll m8, what can you say now that the last landowner is part of Axiom KB?
SMM had attempted to cripple axiom and make them succumb to their financial muscle, this has failed and I believe SMM did not think axiom could survive this long,
Don't you think drake would have done their own legal research and/or trials before parting with millions of $$$$ and becoming part of Axiom?

I'm calling it fold on the steps on the 14th..... Anything before is a bonus.

On a side note it's good to see the constructive posts with different opinions being discussed without all the bit@in of recent times.

For all holders remember....... Axiom are in a position that all the $$$$ in Japan can not buy.

All the indicators are out there but more people need to DYOR and not sook about their investment, as for the annoying posters on this forum who keep a running commentary of nothing but trash..... Do yourselves a favour and do what I did and use the ignore button.
