    Well, I can give you some backyard maths.

    If Centro wasn't up the creek, we'd be getting around 40c distribution (dividend) per year.

    If a white knight comes along, injects some capital and gets a 50% holding, existing shareholders will get 15-20c distribution (dividend) per year as a result of the dilution.

    The sale of CAF and CAWF (if they go ahead) will see this reduced further, so let's say 10-15c divi post-dilution.

    Now the chances of a divi being paid this financial year are very slim. Once the dust has settled, we'll start seeing them next year though.

    The question is whether you think paying 25.5c for 10-15c distribution next year and every year after is worth it.
