HIGH VOLUME OF SHARES TRADED
Ansearch Limited (ASX: ANH) has been informed that the receivers of Opes Prime have
disposed of the shares controlled by them in Ansearch, now believed to be approximately 60
million shares, or just over 10% of the ordinary shares in the Company.
The shares disposed of are understood to include the 35,200,000 shares previously held by
Mr. Dean Jones, a director of the Company.
A significant portion of the shares disposed of today have been acquired by directors and
senior management of Ansearch.
Chairman of Ansearch Mr. Andrew Barlow said “I am encouraged by the faith that directors
and senior management have shown in the company through the acquisition of these shares.
I am also pleased that the disposal of the shares by the receivers of Opes Prime has
occurred in a controlled and orderly manner. The Company will remain focused on building
the business”
As far as the Company is aware, no other shares in the Company are controlled by the
receivers of Opes Prime.
Hope this answers your question hunter and in my opinion a opportunity to buy at a discount.
