They may cut distributions to move with the crowd - but I hope that GPT will go out of their way to differentiate themselves from the crowd - paying the revised revised distribution would be a good way to do that.
Can't see what will get in the way of operational earnings being met now, given 3.2b write-offs recently, and 99% odd occupied with good yields on WALE of 5+ years or whatever the fundamentals are.
Cutting might be prudent, but right now popularity is what seems to build value - and in this REIT market, VALUE is what separates from the crowd.
