Totally agree.
The additional point I would make is that LLC with 40% is a major benefit. If the sp continues to be depressed, they will ultimately make a bid IMO. It is not in their interests to write this off, and likely to be beneficial to absorb 100%.
Thus, if the price doesn't move back to closer to fair value within 12 months, I expect they will pounce.
