One of the few that has struggled to really recover from lows.
Personally, just don't get it...can't see it being allowed to fail, as Lend Lease would probably bid for the lot. It's in a good sector, and one that can only get better with aging population etc. Also, when dividends are reinstated, I think they are likely to be tax deferred from memory, so no tax initially.
I have bought at 14, 13 and 12, and will buy more at 11 if we see it.
Perhaps it is suffering from being lower risk than other REITs as sentiment improves?
