Put it this way, there are all sorts of reits.
Office, industrial & shopping. I have them all.
Yet I still prefer these LLP's for many reasons, Just as you spelt out . Namely dividend in the future. Growing business. Deferred fees. Backed by LLC . etc

Similar to you, bought at 13.5c & recently 12.5c.
Hoping to get more at this low price.
Also hoping the buy some of PTN's property.
