In my opinion this court case was one of the reasons why MPJ never really got going in the bull market of days gone. But with the directors cleared a while ago and all that in the past i think it might soon be time for MPJ to shine. And look at Perigrine, they fully underwrote the cap raising even thought they didnt have to and they still want more, obviously some thing is going on. I just cant wait to get my options extended.
