Forgot to mention probably the most important point Andrew.
I try not to get caught up in the daily movements of my holdings but keep an eye on the longer term chart movements.
ATM daily close on monthly timeframe seems about right for now for making portfolio changes then zoom in to weekly timeframe once decision is made to buy/sell.
