Glasier has access to the PR mill. He will build it. And White Mesa will take WU ore. But WM is a very inefficient mill so PR mill is where WU will really get solid recoveries. And everyone in the area will want access to that mill but hopefully Glasier is smart enough not to allow others to use the PR mill.
When is the scheme document coming out?
