How do you know White Mesa will take WUC ore? Is there an agreement in place?
Why is WM 'a very inefficient mill'?
Not sure why you wouldn't want Glasier to allow others access to PR mill... if the capacity isn't being used by WUC it makes complete sense to enter into agreements with third parties to mill their ore at a price obviously. It would be a secondary source of income, and increase the economies of scale of the mill.
