sitting duck for t/o like someone said a on mkt buyback would be good get rid of small holders n those VOY holders that got taken over.....
compared to ROC at $3.05 ARQ is at least 30-40c too cheap (but remember ARQ only 6% i think in Cliff Head so large prem given Roc )
