What will they offer for an incentive? They cannot offer 50% off, now can they?
I am sure they would if they could because that is the easy way.
They could not do a raising and consolidation at the same time as that would surely cruel the CR.

Another CR is inevitable so better to get the consolidation out of the way now.

The sp won't go up any time soon as the traders will just knock it out of the park every time it looks like gaining some ground. Remember .003 c is a fifty percent gain on the buy-in price from the CR.
What trader will pass that up?
