The directors have only themselves to blame for this disaster.

They have very poor skills in understanding the market and just what it would do to the shareholders. If they want to be directors, then they need to greatly improve these skills.

They were very much like the politicians in Britain who ignored the will and vote of the people and hopefully will now pay a heavy price at an election.

I will never be convinced that they could not have raised as much money at .003c with far less dilution.

For a start they would need to sell 33% fewer shares than at .002c.

Jonathan did a good job to rally the troops after a lot of dissent by holders from the CR being announced and, I am sure he would have had the same result at the higher price with much less devastation to the company.

The directors always take the easy option and give huge discounts to get the job done instead of selling the story regarding what they hope to achieve with the new tenements.
