Not only is the market concerned MFS won't be able to raise the $555M, but MFS haven't given any detail about:

1. What the conversion rate of MFS shares to new Stella shares is.
2. What the renounceable rate will be. ie how much each new Stella share will cost.

Very clumsy ann. MFS should hang their heads. Should have been a stock boost, not a stock wipeout.
