News can't come soon enough. I think most of us still in PSA are buy-and-holders who recognise value and believe the market will wake up eventually. But I can't help contrast PSA's approach to that of FAR. These guys (FAR) also have an impressive network of contacts feeding them into deals, just look at the recent Welder Ranch deal. And somehow, they manage to provide cautious but informative ann's that have the ability to spark interest without the media tart antics of the VPE's, etc. We don't need a song and dance show, just a little respect and consideration. Shouldn't be a big ask. Opportunity cost...jeez, i'd hate to think. I can't remember how long I've had my six digit stash.
