You normally get some share price pressure around the time of a placement. The same thing happened with the SPP late last year which was at about 12.5 c I think(?) and you were able to buy soon after at around 10c. Then there were some great announcements and the SP was away. I have treated it as a buying opportunity, only because I was able to raise some cash. I had bought before the placement at around the 25/26c mark and since then anywhere between 20c and 23c.
I would like to think there will be some sort of formal announcement soon re: Garden Island/commercial demonstration site location and maybe even a Binningup annoucncement. I am more optimistic about the latter than I was previously with the recent report that they are looking for 5MW from a commercially un-proven source. But I wouldn't want to hang my hat on it.
