I would like to see VCR hit $1.90 from a technical point of view - and HOLD - - because that would provide a solid technical base for a new pattern to form to create new highs.

Sure, that means good buying opportunities too, but in my experience stocks like this rarely will move to new levels until the falls are completed.

If it holds off falling that will merely drag out the pain.
