I have to say that the 4C does not do anything for my confidence, by the same token I would not call the reaction to the report a dumping.
There is a lot of eyeballing going on across the depth lines atm and people are placing and pulling orders from my observation.
The deals announced were made mid year but we don't know what the with effect date is. A contract signed in June/July may start in January 2008.
One thing for sure the psychology is fascinating. I have had a look at a few charts that have had a big run of late and have notices that they are all generally preceded by a false run up then re-tracement then a large run higher.
Like everyone here I would like to get the news over and done with so we all know where we stand. Until then if you plan to hold you are at the mercy of the traders who will undoubtedly try to force the price down with small parcels trying to tempt people to sell out and cause an avalanche of selling.
