ANZ is currently being taken to court by a number of Opes Prime clients saying they 'own' the shares, sighting a document which indicated they did.
The court hearing has been adjourned until Thursday... I believe.
I reckon ANZ will dump more aggressively today in case they get a bad ruling tomorrow.
So today could be the lowest day.
They initially were trying to do the right thing by slowly selling into the market quoting that they were only selling on average a 2-3% discount - this could go out the window today.
Merrill on the other hand didn't give a stuff and dumped all holdings in 2 days.
