    The dump was because of Senator Brown from the Greens introducing a Private Members Bill to ban $2 ATM fees by ALL
    banks. Private deployers like CUS would not be affected..
    think being submitted in early May. Extremely unlikely to get up...more a publicity stunt. Senator Brown in effect is legislating a new model for free enterprise where a company
    such as a bank must provide a service, i.e dispense cash, to a competitors customer for free. The bizarre logic of Senator Brown baffles me. Anyway, I want a free hamburger from Hungry Jacks if I show them proof of purchase of a burger from McDonalds. Or if I fill my car up at Caltex then I want free petrol from BP. Interesting free enterprise model..putting the "free"into free enterprise. Seriously...
    we have guys like this in positions of power that can affect us with completely retarded logic.
