    but with respect to HGO, this proposed tax will make it harder to justify new projects and their copper project IRR just took a real hit, IMEO.

    I have been wondering if a number of resource companies will just relocate their businesses offshore and move to another tax regime as per News Corp in what, 2004/ 2005?
