RMS built up to a 19% holding in SPR and have used that as the catalyst for a very good merger/takeover of SPR without putting a dent in their substantial cash holdings. Could they be a buyer of VAU?
I wouldn't mind seeing a similar merger between RMS and VAU to make a decent sized company, with RMS management of course.
