Judging from the reading I have been doing . We all have to wait until processes are complete and I personally like the fact that the background work being done is kept on the low down. Everyone wants to hear something so the SP will ramp. It will happen in time " no preapproval has been rejected" ( read that a while back). The reality is there may be components that need adjusting and improving in order to get licence approval which takes time. The bigger picture is that this industry as a whole could transform the current regime in a big way.
