Thanks bcook 89, I will require a reference for your claim that some licenses have been revoked for weird reasons.
I am aware that retail distributors have been targeted by the canadian Authorities to stop illegal sales ,but that's a whole other sector of the industry.

I guess my years as a fisherman has taught me patience to some degree and optimism for that matter.
Currently I feel like we have been fishing these same old waters with only a few nibbles on the bait for the past few months,while other fisherman move on to a different spot,but the conditions are now in our favor and that fish of a lifetime has stirred into action and just about to hit the hook.
I only hope it performs like a sports fish and not a bottom dweller!
