There isnt really much to think about...except FIRB blocked direct sale of Lynas in toto to the Chinese..

There has to be a way to buy part there of...potentially the best part which sadly hasnt been developed

Now if the best part had been developed and we know the cost of LAMP etc would have ably developed the best parts
where would the SP be.
Higher me thinks and of course the best parts would no longer be exposed/dormant to sell.
