This time last year they had copped a belting with some severe storms that were quite costly.
Touch wood, there hasn't been anything like that year to date.
I see today's announcement as nothing more than the new CEO clearing the decks.
If it was so bad I am sure it would have been picked up prior to their presentation to Morgan's on October 21st.
I hold quite a few of these and like you I panic each time we get closer to cyclone season.
The dividend is quite good, so I'm going to hang in there.
In my view today presents a rare buying opportunity.
