There is just generally a lot of uncertainty (especially given the pending US Junk-bond market issue!) at the moment so bad news is being emphasised.
I'm putting SUN on hold for the time being, but I can foresea it as a Buy later this week following a drop $11 to $11.50, maybe Thursday.
