and for Conroy.... his term(s) as mayor has resulted in increasing land rates to the anger of residents.

just because he's a Lib doesn't mean he's any good. same with Lab or any other candidate. I'm guessing Howard hasn't even met the bloke. only displaying his virtuous support (signalling) for his Party.
