Put the green vote back to the normal +10% as we see in a federal election and Labor would have likely increased their margin. Greens will not drop half of their vote in a full federal election.

Possibly greens have run quiet in Dunkley to give a message to Albo that he needs their preferences. They will go hard in the next 15 months to make sure he understands.

This is a very bad result for Dutton ..... much less swing than a normal by election. All the cost of living , boat arrivals, voice, interest rates barely made a difference.

When the RBA start to reduce rates, the tax cuts kick in and there will be sweeteners in the next surplus budget then all of the anti government rants will be meaningless.
