    Yes Pugs, a 3% rise is bearable and somewhat below what the insurers were after. If you had private health cover before, you should be able to afford it now - especially after Albo tweaked the LNP's stage 3 tax cuts for fat cats earning more than 200k, so that 14 million of us now get a tax cut
