AWE made the announcement first which looks as though went against ROC's normal conservative approach of not making an announcement when all the ducks are in a row and drill fully analysed. They have received plenty of complaints on HotCopper by taking this approach with Angola.
I hold plenty of ROC and are disappointed along with the rest of you guys. It will come and my money is on the next 2 wells in Angola.
