Oh you of little faith.IMHO the two entities would not have proceeded this far if they genuinely didnt believe that the directors retained beneficial ownership of the shares even if it transpires that they dont.In the company announcement made on the 1st May the Directors make this claim
However given the uncertainty the market is being rightfully cautious
Further the state of the directors shares should have little effect on the success of the company in the long term which IMHO is bright.This is so even if this deal falls over
Todays announcement of another new contract has persuaded me to accumulate.
Lastly it should be noted that the shares transferred to Merrill Lynch have not been sold as ML have sold other shares and their debt has been satisfied [Again refer to Co announcement on the 1st May]
IMHO this factor and the alleged representations made by Lift strengens the directors arguments. We will just have to wait and see
