When share price is down, is more convenient to "justify" your negative view.

"The only thing my research indicated to me is that it doesn't have a sustainable business plan, lacks strategy, and offers nothing unique to differentiate itself from the competition."
My research indicated different things as follows:
Prior to the acquisition, Lokbox/Zyber was a just startup tech stock just like most of other backdoor listed stocks, in my opinion. For a private business, how much strategy you could expect? The key is to develop a unique product.

Chairman Jason Tomkinson, served at Macquarie Group & Canaccord and was a licensed investment advisor. Mr Tomkinson
joined Zyber in November 2014.
CEO, Clay Epstein,
@Tyler80 posted a good research about him (
http://hotcopper.com.au/threads/clay-epstein-and-the-board.2588127/?get_post=true#.VfCzJvT4RZR ).
Mr Epstein's past roles:
- Technical Manager at Bank of America
- CIO & Head Operations at Venafi
- Head of eCommerce Tech at ANZ
The quality of the board is above average for those backdoor listed stocks, in my view.
The latest Name/Brand change to Zyber happened after Mr Tomkinson joined the company. I actually believe the latest rebranding was a good move and Zyber is a good short and easy to recognise. Also, Zyber has its own logo (as highlighted on the following slid)

You can accused Zyber of not having a sustainable business plan prior to the appointments of Mr Tomkinson & Mr Epstein.
BUT, you can not still claim there was no sustainable business plan.
I reckon the ASX presentation
clearly stated their Strategic plan, Next Steps and Future Roadmap.

@abdm said,

I suggest you do more research and such a baseless claim would get youself into trouble, in my view.
Zyber's
competitive advantages were clearly listed on the ASX presentation.

I don't like baseless ramping a stock if fully valued.
I like opportunities where the stock prices have multiple upside at comparably low risk.
As I stated hundreds of times, it's a speculative stock, but I believe DUO at current price offering a great opportunity, obviously in MY Opinion as always.
Good luck ALL
