I don't think you read my second post on this thread, where I pretty much agreed with the comment you made about China not being stupid and won't just set this up for someone else.
In relation to the permits being issued on the basis of Chinese involvement, I asked this very question of GJ at the meeting. His response was 'No chance, the permits will be signed over to Sundance only'.
