Becareful! Chinese tried to suck with 1.7billions only of this very huge potential project could be worth over 99billions. But now again, seems like they don't even want to pay 1.7billions for this project. They might try to get even cheaper with different technique. We don't know what is this behind the story. We have been waiting and listening of this management story like Partner is progressing, very well, very advancing, blah blah blah,, now again blah blah blah,, and sp is now 39c. One time they said blah blah something goes wrong. Can we believe what they are saying now?? According the article, this chinese bank did not approve because, they haven't visit the site yet, is it sense?? The management already said before, there were alot of site visit during their partner talk.. that make me so confused now. blah blah blah.
