baukaw, I read the sp differently.
Key points are that despite the offer being more than 50 days old, sp is:
- below 50ema
- trading at a 40% discount to the offer price.
My reading of that is there are many buyers and sellers who aren't confident of the deal being completed. The sp would be higher otherwise.
For what it's worth, I'm a-holdin' and a-prayin' for the scheme to be completed.
