Hi Westcott, Not sure how much more than 35MT they could get out. The single berth / single shiploader at Lolabe has a MAX of 45MT/year. History shows with those things that about 80% is best they can do or 36MT . So I dont know how much excess capacity they will have for Legend et al thus the capacity will have to be lifted in order to get the additional cash flows from other users. As the jetty is a single nose in affair then the cost of the offshore works (always the most expensive part of a port) will be significant in order to get an additional berth, shiploader and to dredge the swing basin.
