nope this is not the case at all.
Now we know that is has nothing at all to do with the defense department.
The reason management was being deliberately vague is they were trying their best to spin a positive angle without being sued in the process.
Read the FY21 management presentation and the AGM presentations again and then compare it to the H1FY22 results.
Management's previous wording was deliberately 'structured', there won't be any Shine class actions against DUR
