Analyst Lauren Rich Fine says Google has become somewhat aggressively valued, while over the long term, the company needs to develop revenue streams beyond Internet search. Fine reiterated her neutral stance on the company. Since the start of the year, the Internet search engine's share price has more than doubled. At last check, the stock was up 52 cents at $424.

The stock was off 17 cents at $27.67 in early trading.
The broker also downgraded peer Qwest Communications International Inc. (Q: qwest communications intl inc com News, chart, profile Last: 5.19-0.01-0.19%
FinancialsMore QQ5.19, -0.01, -0.2%) to neutral from buy, citing valuation. UBS said it expects Qwest to return to profitability in 2006 and to pay a dividend in 2007. Qwest shares were off 5 cents at $5.14.
