Since, no one else has taken a bite. Here we go, the real question should be why is market cap so low given the certainties which are in motion currently. This is not a pharma, so the trial is not all or nothing white knuckle trials.
More importantly we also now know how DuAVR behaves in human , there are 13 of those around keeping those extremely sick patients alive. More so than just keeping them alive, the data so far have been so outstanding that if I need a TAVR now, I would request for DUAVR on compassionate ground.
The figure of 50% market share is not a guess in optimism . It is derived at domination the VIV, valve in valve market set to be ~30% of all TAVR with another conservative 2% thrown in . You do the maths...
