Agree here completely, IMHO this team should not get away with murder !
I'm one of the "lucky" ones to dump at the opening of the TH on 6th (at a huge loss...but still saved some $8K! ie the sale amount) ...The writing was on the wall...The Noteholder conversion issues are nothing short of criminal and my query is still with ASIC, no reply yet!...IMHO all Share holders should make this into a public issue and lodge complaints with ASX, ASIC, Shareholder Associations etc or whatever responsible bodies.
In the first place all should flood protests with The Voluntary Administrator : Matthew Woods, Partner, Restructuring Services KPMG, Tel: +61 2 9335 7000 to recover wrongly issued shares / reclaim monies and / or for him to take legal action...against Heath, Carr & team...IMHO that is why they are staying on...to save their bacons while Quintana Dir's have resigned (probably in disgust!) and maybe to sue Carr & Team..I hope so...
